Why was this not added to Apache Camel?

Hi,

I was looking for a GCM endpoint for Apache Camel and came upon this project. A brief overview makes a very good impression which takes me to my question.

Why is this not available/included into Apache Camel? At least I can't find it in components here:

Hi Alexey,

I have not considered adding it into the camel project, due to being a small and single responsibility component.
It's used in production by a company I have worked for. I have seen a couple of forks made in september to this project.

Might consider adding it there once I have some time available if it's considered good enough.
