(mysql) is on 8.0.31, but newer versions exist #249

Similar issue to #197, but for mysql.

The latest mysql version in chocolatey is 8.0.31.
I'm able to download 8.0.38, 8.4.1, and 9.0.0 from the MySQL website.

MySQL/Oracle is actively blocking requests right now from non-javascript-enabled browsers.

The update script update.ps1 file would be the place to change, if you want to take a stab at it.
