(mysql) Uninstalling mysql 8.0.31 does not work. #259

Expected Behavior

choco uninstall mysql
the service is removed, data is removed, the c:/tools/mysql/* directories are removed

Current Behavior

choco uninstall mysql
skipping auto uninstaller - no registry snapshot
nothing is removed, the service still starts after every restart

Possible Solution

No idea 🤷

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

choco install mysql
choco uninstall mysql

Context

Mysql was conflicting with my mysql ports in docker (i use it only to have mysqldump in windows 😢 ).
