Are the Mercury server host jupyter and use it for testing purpose

It is a great tool. Thank you. I want a feature and want to see how to achieve, or whether it is ready there and I just miss it. I would like the webapp to allow me notebook editing and experiment until I am comfortable to make it a widget. Right now, it seems to me that I need to have the notebook development done served by notebook server separately, and then copy to the Mercury to make it as webapp. Thanks
