Describe the bug

Creating a project and uploading a Datapack with an optional "Required Resource Pack" in no way shows the user that the pack is required when using the webpage and is hidden where most users will not look.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a datapack project with a required resource pack attached. Mine where I found the issue.
  2. Avoid clicking download as that doesnt show the user at all, instead click the "Versions"
  3. Again avoid the convenient download button as the user is not told a resource pack is required and instead click the version you need.
Finally click the download for the visible Resource pack that shows as required

Expected behavior

  1. Click Download, and be shown the download for the datapack and any required additional files
