我确定这是一个从未被提出和实现过的功能。
我已经在 Issue Tracker 以及 Pull Request 中找过我要提出的功能，没有找到相同功能的 Issue 和 PR。

需要添加的功能内容

现在每天都会推送几条通知，时间长了会习惯性忽略通知，导致偶尔发生的异常通知直接被忽略了，类似日志等级，希望增加推送分级，全部/异常，实现只推送异常的通知
