Currently when a staff member (mod or helper) posts a comment that should be restricted (such as an Arisa command), Arisa restricts the comment to staff and destroys it so that it is not acted upon. This can be confusing, especially when helpers forget to restrict a helper-level command and just see their comment being removed.
Possible Solution
The comment should be executed and then restricted to the correct level (helper for helpers, staff for mods).
