I am attempting to set CM2M up on NCAR's Derecho cluster and perform the CM2.1p1 test case. I have successfully compiled MOM_solo and run the gyre test case in parallel. I have also compiled CM2M with no errors during compilation.
When I download and run the included CM2p1.1 test case with no modifications, CM2M crashes during model setup with processors reporting errors of the form: FATAL from PE 22: ==>Error from coupler_types_mod (CT_spawn_1d_3d): Disordered k-dimension index bound list 1 0
Please see logfile.txt for the full output. Any advice on how to resolve this error would be greatly appreciated!
More generally, I am curious if the CM2.1p1 test case is still known to work out of the box with the main branch of MOM5 code. I noticed that CI only checks compatibility with MOM_solo. Thank you in advance for any guidance you can offer!
