metro_set time parsing

Calling metro_set with a floating point time results in nothing happening

  ps("here")
end

metro_set(1, 1/60 * 1000, -1)

Assuming a latest version of lua, it's possible that a lua_Number is being intepreted as a lua_Integer in the C api
