show the license info (taken from course's lom 6.3 /lom/rights/description) of the course.
This plugin requires Moodle 3.2+. Earlier version may also work.(not tested)
It also requires the installation of plugin 'local_metadata', and 'local_lom'
With the projects ralated to 'Open Educational Resources', license info will be more and more important.
Install the plugin like other plugins to the folder /blocks/course_licenseinfo
