Problem description
This plugin is not working in conjunction with Proctorio Learning Integrity Platform (LTI Integration). After the Proctorio prechecks Moodle only shows an empty page, the browser tab says: "Exam Agreement Page.

URL of the Test: https://moodle-XXXXXX/mod/quiz/view.php?id=XXXX73 | Tab title: "Test Title"
URL Prechecks: https://moodle-XXXXXX/mod/quiz/view.php?id=XXXX73 | Tab title: "Exam Agreement Page"
URL After Proctorio prechecks: https://moodle-XXXXXX/mod/quiz/secured.php#prechecks | Message "Waiting for Moodle"
URL with blank page: https://moodle-XXXXXX/mod/quiz/view.php?id=XXXX73#lockdown | Tab title: "Exam Agreement Page"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure LTI-Integration of Proctorio*
  2. Create exam
  3. Enable proctorio
  4. Enable honestycheck
  5. Save exam
  6. Open exam, Click "Start Test"
  7. Execute Proctorio prechecks
  8. Click "Start Test"

Result

  • Proctorio shows message: "Waiting for Moodle"
  • An empty page appears

Expected behaviour

  • Show the Consent popup or a consent page either before or after the Proctorio prechecks

*Proctorio is a proprietary software and needs a valid licence. If necessary we can provide you access to live a demo to reproduce this error.
