مقدار بازگشتی غلط در متد checkDate از کلاس CalendarUtils #180

طبق مستندات این کد باید مقدار false برگردونه در صورتی که true برگشت داده میشه:
\Morilog\Jalali\CalendarUtils::checkDate(2016, 5, 7); // false
