MI300X Compatibility

At TensorWave we're actively using LLM-Foundry on our MI300X systems with great success, since ROCm version 6.1. What information do you need to see in order to add MI300X to the Hardware/Software Requirements on the main README?

Hey, thanks for the note! Feel free to open a PR updating the table. I think it'd be good to include the docker image you're using (since we don't build AMD compatible images ourselves), and to put the status as Supported (community tested).
