Add gravity forms example for ln-patternlab #58

Steps to reproduce and a minimal demo of the problem

Go to /#/patterns route and click the link for ln-o-gravity-form on the left.

Current behavior

Nowadays config/patterns.json does not include an example of the gravity forms component for the patterns page of ln-patternlab.

Expected/desired behavior

Include an example for the gravity forms component showing the basic controls.
