[Task]: Rename vite manifest.json to vite-manifest.json

Description

Just to not reuse the same manifest.json from webext. While we are at it, we should bind that to an an environment variable so we don't need to sync to configs independently.

1. Define the vite manifest.json path in an image level environmnet variable, make both settings_base and vite.config.js read from that
2. Update the value to use vite-manifest.json
