Bug Fixes; VPN tables

• Add a few generated VPN lookml files

This release publishes namespaces.yaml alongside the generated lookml.

Fix model set changes

Use correct naming for model sets

Previously, we were not updating the model sets correctly -
because of that, we wouldn't see models configured properly
in prod. This should add the actual model name to the set of
models that are part of each model set.

Release Bergamot

Namespace Changes:

• Drop Burnham. This was a test bed that we don't need any longer
• Release Bergamot. Bergamot has a single ping called Custom

Bug Fixes:

• Fixes non-working measure in Growth Accounting Explore
• Makes filter suggestions work for all explores
• Moves all dimension-groups to top-level fields

Release Fenix

• New structure for Glean pings, with a layout per-category (same as metrics.yaml)
• Measures (count and client_count) for every Counter in every Glean ping
• A Client Count explore for cohort analyses
