希望改进推送逻辑，避免每天都推送而容易被忽视，建议改为只在签到失败时进行推送。

推送的目的是确认每天的签到进度和获取的奖励内容
如果青龙面板都挂了 怎么确认是签到成功还是压根没执行呢😂

青龙项目多，每天都有推送。如果青龙面板挂了，服务器监控会立即报警，不用通过这个项目判断青龙是否宕机。

好的 有空我试着增加一个环境变量来控制推送逻辑
