Having option to format hours as decimals

Hi, it'd be nice to have an option so that the format of hours instead of being something like 2:30 could be like 2.5. This could be useful when you want to do some computations later with the hours. Maybe a new --decimal argument or something like that could allow to get this kind of format. Thanks!
