Automatically close not active open lunch

What about lunches created near midnight? Like ordering a pizza at a hackathon?

I would rather add a TTL setting, like 1h after last action or something. After that period, lunchbot pokes the lunchmaster "Hey, you haven't closed your lunch! Is everything ok?". If the lunchmaster responds to bot in any way, the lunch stays open (or closed, but unfinished), otherwise the bot finishes the lunch.
