any idea about the weight decompress registers?

the description of these registers is vague, and missing bits details, do you have info about these regs

Weight decompress normally means removing sequences of zero. Haven't look into it yet, however I suspect the registers hold a bit map representing the channel groups (or possibly kernel groups) which are all zero.
