support newer versions of Amarok/KDE/Qt #5

It seems some classes no longer exist in recent KDE/Amarok releases (I'm using Amarok 2.8.0 / KDE 4.10.5).

It complains about missing classes QByteArray and QTcpServer.

It would be great to be able to use Apollo WebUI in newer Amarok versions :)
