[sync] plugin does not generate theme at all

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

1. Start with the MUI Figma design file v6.1.0
2. Make customizations to the local variables colors and typography
3. Make customizations to the local styles typography
4. Open the MUI Sync plugin and click "Regenerate" button
5. If it's helpful to review the exact Figma file I used, please reach out and I will share

Current behavior

The "Generating theme..." loading bar continues indefinitely. I've left it for up to an hour and it keeps loading. The plugin was working for me on Dec 6, 2024. But when I tried on again Dec 16, I encountered this issue, which is still persisting today.

Expected behavior

Clicking "Regenerate" button will generate an updated theme that includes the customizations.

Context

I want to be able to make customizations to color and typography styles, and custom styles per component (color, typography, size, padding, etc), and have those updates included in an exported theme file. Ideal outcome is that I can make updates in Figma, export and share the updated theme file with my engineering team, and continually keep our JSON theme and Figma file in sync.
