Website incorrectly states that the print version of the book is unavailable in Canada on amazon.ca

This is specifically for Bob, on the front page of the website you state that, "CreateSpace does not directly ship to Canada which is why you don’t see it on amazon.ca." in response to a question. Just letting you know that this hasn't been true for years. The print version of the book has been available on amazon.ca for ages now (I have a well worn and dog eared copy purchased from there) and is still available as of today:

The book is shipped and sold by amazon.ca themselves and not a third party seller. This has been the case for quite some time now. Just hoping the website can be corrected to reflect this. Thanks!

Edit: I see Bob posted an issue for this however the Game Programming Patterns main page still needs updating.
