When starting munin-node.exe I got these errors.

When I opened perfmon in Windows I got a similar error that said

Die Leistungsindikatoren konnten nicht hinzugefügt werden

The solution to both problems was to execute the following command in a cmd/PowerShell.

lodctr /r

What effect does lodctr /r have?
Is it related to locales / languages?
Would it be sufficient to clear the language-related environment variables within the plugin? (in case this is also the proper approach for Windows)
