Soft-wrapping not disabled in right-side editor #172

Essentially I'm having the same issue as this one: #46 - except that it's the right-side editor that remains soft wrapped not the left

Soft-wrap is enabled in both the global "Editor" settings, and in the language-php package

Steps to reproduce:

Open php file (soft wrap is enabled)
Right click on file tree > Diff with Active File
Soft wrap is disabled on left-editor, but not on the right editor. Have to disable it by going to View > Toggle Soft Wrap

I have the same thing with Javascript files (and also have soft wrap enabled in language-javascript package)

Using Windows, installed packages are:
