Add 'Play notes on muted tracks' preference to Note input section

This new 'Play notes on muted tracks' checkbox is nested under the the parent 'Hear playback when adding, editing, and selecting notes' toggle in Preferences > Note input.
It's checked off by default.

Playback behavior

• When off, current behavior is kept (when entering notes on a muted track, you don't hear them back)
• When on, you should be able to hear notes entered on a muted track, but the track should still be muted when you play back the score
