VoiceOver reads 'music sharp sign' rather than just 'sharp' in percussion panel

I'm using macOS VoiceOver to test this, and not sure if this is specific to my system, but when I focus on a pad that has a sharp sign in the MIDI assignment, it reads aloud:

• "MIDI G music sharp sign 5"

It would be better if it read "MIDI G sharp 5"
