MailReport "on-reboot-or-error"

Personally, I like my setup to remain quiet unless there is something that needs attention. There is an option missing in MailReport, between "on-change" and "only-on-error", and that is "on-reboot-or-error". For me, the email subject and body can be the same regardless of the automatic reboot setting, but maybe that should be looked into as well. Thanks!
