[BUG] - NotificationSounds - Makes voice chat audio quieter when notifications play.

Describe the bug
With NotificationSounds on, all audio in voice chats is dampened when a notification plays, including voice and screen share audio.

Tested with the plugin both on and off, and only happens with the plugin on.

To Reproduce
Have the plugin on and go into a voice chat, have any notification play when someone is talking or you're watching a screenshare with audio. Easily heard with muting/unmuting.

Expected behavior
Voice chat audio and screenshare audio to be heard at the same volume, regardless of what notification is playing.
