[BUG] - EmojiReplace - No Support for Emoji 15.1

Describe the bug
Emoji from Emoji 15.1 appear as Discord's default emoji instead of the user's selected emoji

To Reproduce

1. Install EmojiReplace
2. Open Discord's emoji menu
3. Search "shaking"
4. Notice that :head_shaking_horizontally: and :head_shaking_vertically: are not the selected Emoji style

Expected behavior
Those emoji are replaced

This also happens with all other Emoji added in Emoji 15.1 -- 🙂‍↔️, 🙂‍↕️, 🍄‍🟫, 🐦‍🔥, 🍋‍🟩, and ⛓️‍💥
