the color picker not working with 3 length colors like #ccc #19

length colors are not recognized when color is changing from the input field.

I have made a solution and replacing a snippet here
it is under function hexRgbToHsv(hexRgb)

if(hexRgb.length == 4) {
var x = "#";
x+=hexRgb[1];
x+=hexRgb[1];
x+=hexRgb[2];
x+=hexRgb[2];
x+=hexRgb[3];
x+=hexRgb[3];
hexRgb = x;
}

this is rough solution later maybe you will have better ones
