Problem with local compound database search

My OS is Windows 10 and I am using MZMine v. 4.2.0. I've been trying to do a local compound database search with a csv file (attached here). The softwares' log file has this in it after I have done the search:

"2024-09-19 17:08:49 WARNING io.github.mzmine.modules.dataprocessing.id_localcsvsearch.LocalCSVDatabaseSearchTask run Could not read file C:\Users\SARANYA\Desktop\Cyanomet.csv java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1"

If anyone could help I would be really grateful.

Same issue also I have with mzmine 4.4.0
