how can I generate pages like this? thanks, for your help.

Loading

use blender for it.

create a plane.
add vertical edges to plan may be 5.
move middle edges to upwards form that kind of shape.
apply Subdivision Surface Modeling.
add texture to plane.
place camera from where you want to capture this page.
render an image.
done.

It looks like Matt moved the visualization code out of the repo. I believe the code is here: d3257d7.
