pod反亲和性用的是硬策略，可以改成软策略，有些用户可能只有2个node节点，二nacos集群至少3个pod，硬策略导致pending
-serviceAccountName: nfs-client-provisioner：这个资源是在default的命名空间，如果不是部署在default空间会提示没有这个资源，可以去除
