nacos-sdp-cpp不支持IPV6场景 #132

问题描述：
当环境是IPV6场景时，无法启动服务，报“Failed to get IF address”
看代码对非IPV4场景直接抛异常处理了，是否有考虑对IPV6场景做兼容？

底层是支持的，是你的IP地址不对吧？
