Hi,

I was working on the m6A nanopore data for the first time around and I was looking to see how the no of m6A count (as output by Nanomod) is affected by the m6A coverage. I was wondering when Tombo calculated the expected fraction abundance and if it corrects/normalizes for coverage. If so can you point me to the appropriate paper/algorithm used to do that I would appreciate your help.

Thank you
Saad
