Pre 2020 meeting notes

I have a google drive link to all our old meeting agendas, might be worth converting to pdf (or something) and adding it here, not sure it's really worth making seperate md files for each of them, but one could. Thoughts @jni? Fairly low priority regardless

If we do anything, I'd suggest plaintext and separate files to the repo, for consistency. I don't think we really need to do this archiving though. Happy to leave this open.

I would prioritize adding them here (or at least, adding a text document with a link out to the google drive doc) & not worry about splitting them up into individual meetings. If it's all in one big chunk and people need to scroll, that's fine.
