Ini help is great but not complete. For example, i am struggling to trouble shoot this error

OH i see, it was a missing section for motif counter, never mind.

no but actually i am still struggling sometimes..

giving conditional_1 a motif helped but it's weird cos the other conditionals DONt have a motif allocated and it's not an issue
