npm install gdal --save errors on M1 mac

Hi there, I can't get it install in my M1 Mac in a react native project. When I run npm install gdal --save, I have the following errors. Can you please take a look on the following error output? I have made sure the node version the 16.xx

Any word on this? I'm having similar issues on an M1 MacBook Pro running Monterey. 😢

I am having the same issue as above. Looking at https://github.com/naturalatlas/node-gdal/releases I can see that node-v93-darwin-arm64-unknown.tar.gz does not exist. Would this mean that node-gdal is not supported on M1 Mac OS?
