cargo-dist supports npm installer, see bos-cli-rs Cargo.toml and here is bos-cli on npm

P.S. I did not automate npm publishing yet, so I just run npm publish https://github.com/bos-cli-rs/bos-cli-rs/releases/download/v0.3.6/bos-cli-npm-package.tar.gz manually after release is cut
