Account balances are hard to reason about

Story

As a regular NEAR user who wants to understand where the tokens went, I want to read the account details page on Explorer so I can confirm that the final balance is expected.

Even Beta Account Details page is somehow misleading as it shows that the account is deducted -120.0e-24 NEAR while in reality it is 120 NEAR.

Transaction Details page is also not helpful as it does not communicate attached tokens to the function call actions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Attached tokens to the function call actions should be clearly visible on Transaction Details page
• Account Details page should clearly communicate the account balance changes on activity
