Problem
Users should have an option to select from a few languages rather than just English.

Expected Behavior
A dropdown with option to select languages similar to how Near-wallet does it

Speaking of which we should probably include a language select option on the new page. Maybe in a follow up? cc @agileurbanite @heycorwin @nall-near
