I got it fixed, I tried friend's Original PS3 cable and it charges, what I have there is just a random Mini USB cable doesn't seem could charge and could only share data |

Plugged the Controller to the PC and it doesn't charge, No blinking leds nothing, I could still use the controller though and its in wired mode instead.
