Yes, see -ori.

Create a file (e.g. my_file) containing the following information:

   93.61  122.48   46.35
 -147.83   54.03   48.51
  168.68   42.49   46.88
  142.84   62.77   34.82
  134.11   66.59   29.01
   16.79   16.30 -142.44
   30.40   58.95  -37.93
  176.80  143.28  -46.13
  -37.27   58.30  128.81

then use the command

neper -T -n 9 -ori "file(my_file,des=euler-bunge)"
