we need something that filters broken/nonfunctional axons from the list

I would suggest that we just introduce a hardcoded blacklist for now.
Or we open a new axon repository where we can control the content ourselfs (or do that on the current axon repo, but I'm not sure if we should do that)

Not sure how to do this better. Maybe we could have a Test that executes the axon silently in the background and checks if certain errors are thrown. But that is too much effort in the wrong direction at the moment in my opinion.

I wrote a blacklist for now.
