Hi @dillfrescott, only via API, we will be adding this functionality in the UI in Q3/2022.

Can you share a bit about the issues you have without it?

It's not a big deal really I was just wondering because I deleted all the devices in that group and was curious how to delete the group as well!

Excellent that you guys are adding that functionality!

This function is available under menu item Settings / Groups unused groups can be deleted. Issue can be closed I believe.
