TYPO3 12.4.11 Not working with News #275

Hello there!

Bug description

Just try to add an image to the field 'bodytext' of a news article and click save, the image will disappear.
Do the same with a tt_content and it just works.
If you delete the attribute "data-htmlarea-file-uid" before saving the news article it also works.
I tried adding 'rtehtmlarea_images' to the TCA field bodytext=>config=>softref but it didn't seem to make a difference

Environment

TYPO3 version: 12.4.11
PHP version: 8.2
Extension version: 12.0.1
