Recursive server interface

To prevent the rainsd server to become too complex and to allow to easily change between differently optimized recursive lookup implementations, an interface for a recursive server should be designed and added to the rainsd server whenever it does a recursive lookup.

Change the current recursive lookup functionality to adhere to this interface
