  1. Commit your changes
  2. Update version number version.txt
  3. Update version number in /src/N98/Magento/Application.php (const APP_VERSION)
  4. Update changes.txt
  5. Build phars by calling phing
  6. Commit and create tag
  7. Push master, push tags
  8. Update Changelog
  9. Tweet it :-)
