Migrate to Dart Sass; see https://zellwk.com/blog/dart-sass-gulp/

npm install sass

const sass = require('gulp-sass');
sass.compiler = require('sass');

Consider to use fibers.

Notes

https://github.com/netzstrategen/bacon probably needs to be updated, too.
